I recently purchased a property that was listed with Knight Frank. The offer process was handled by William Ward-Jones, we were kept updated frequently until a response from the seller was received and it was handled incredibly fairly. After our offer was accepted we were assigned a sales progressor, Giselle Holman who kept us informed of the sellers buying status and ensured the process was moving ahead at an acceptable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a property again through them in the future!
