She got what I needed without trying to push what she wanted to sell. That alone puts her miles ahead of most. Polite, professional, and precise. She handled every part of the process with calm attention. When small issues came up, she dealt with them quietly and effectively. She found me a great apartment that fits me and my life. If more agents worked like Olivia, people might actually enjoy finding a home in London.
