I worked with Dawn as a Joint Sole Agent in the sale of a house in Kensington and found her to be very professional in her approach and they way she handled the transaction.

Knight Frank was brought on to work on the sale of my family home with Harwood Advisory in Kensington and this is when I met Dawn Findlay. The minute I met Dawn she was professional, affable and I knew she would do anything within her power to get me the best price and buyer. Due to the market, the sale took longer than expected, but KF and Dawn brough buyer after buyer through the door. Dawn Findlay was the seller's real estate agent (we are the buyers), so while it may seem strange that the buyers are writing a review for the seller's agent - Dawn was awesome to deal with and helped make the transaction happen. We live in the US, and suddenly happened to be in London on a Saturday morning. Reached out to Dawn on Friday evening, and she made sure that we could see the house in the literally 2 hour window we had available on Saturday at 10am. She made sure she got back to us super promptly on all our follow-up questions (within hours generally), and we bid on the house shortly thereafter. Being London, there were its usual set of complexities that threatened the deal - but Dawn was just great about having the seller and their contractor available to us to answer further questions, working hard to make the deal happen, acting as a bridge between the parties. Both the seller and we, the buyers, are really glad the deal happened - so a win-win. Dawn is happy, upbeat, knowledgable, realistic, and focused on making the right deal happen for all. Couldn't be happier with our purchase, and if Dawn wasn't on the other side, I could easily imagine it not happening.
