Knight Frank has strengthened its super-prime lettings team across South West London and the Home Counties following a record year, appointing Francesca Levy to expand and support the next phase of growth and broaden the team’s offering in this key market.
Francesca joins the team with over 15 years’ experience at the firm, most recently leading lettings across Wandsworth, Fulham and Dulwich. In her new role, she will work within the South West and Home Counties super-prime team led by Jamie-Leigh Harvey, advising private clients and helping to drive transactional performance across the rental market above £15,000 per calendar month. She will also collaborate closely with Knight Frank’s wider super-prime lettings division, led by Tom Smith.
This appointment follows a standout year for the South West super-prime lettings team, which achieved record levels in both deal volumes and income during the 2025/26 financial year, increasing by 45% financially and 33% transactionally. This performance underscores the team’s strong market position and the continued demand at the top end of the rental sector.
Jamie-Leigh Harvey, Head of Super Prime Lettings for South West London & Home Counties at Knight Frank commented, “Francesca has been an outstanding leader across three of our South West London markets, and I am confident she will bring the same drive and expertise to her new role. Following a period of significant growth for the team, her appointment positions us strongly to build on this momentum and continue delivering exceptional results and service for our clients.”
Francesca Levy commented, “This marks an incredibly exciting next step in my career. Every stage of my journey with Knight Frank- from my time in the Corporate Department to leading teams- has prepared me for this opportunity, and I am thrilled to be joining such a successful team.”
Mel Constantinou, Regional Partner at Knight Frank commented, “Over the past 12 months, we have seen a strong surge in demand across this part of the market, creating a clear opportunity to expand the team. Francesca brings a wealth of experience and will be a real asset in supporting Jamie-Leigh and her team. It is exciting to look ahead to the continued momentum and future opportunities that this expansion will bring.”
The appointment follows last month’s update from Knight Frank’s super-prime lettings team, which saw Nick Beckett named Co-Head of Super Prime Lettings for Prime Central London (PCL), continuing to work alongside Tom Smith.
While the wider market saw the total number of tenancies agreed in the year to February fall by 2% year-on-year, Knight Frank data shows that at the top end of the market - above £5,000 per week- activity increased by 8%. This growth has been largely driven by internationally mobile private clients, for whom flexibility, discretion and speed are key considerations.
Over the 2025/26 financial year, Knight Frank’s super-prime lettings team delivered a record performance. Activity was driven by a strong level of repeat business, a globally diverse private client base and increasing demand for flexibility from UHNW clients. The team secured a number of notable deals, including a flagship letting in PCL at £60,000 per week, alongside a number of landmark country rentals ranging from £14-17,000 per week.
