William joined Knight Frank in February 2019 and is an Associate Partner with the funds valuation team. William is fund co-ordinator for several balanced UK CRE portfolios which include CBRE IM Pension Protection Fund, GE Common Investment Fund, Federated Hermes PUT, Mayfair Capital UK Thermatic Growth Fund and Mayfair Capital Commercial Property Trust. William also co-ordinates more specialist funds including LXI REIT, Pearson Property Pension Fund and BlackRock UK Long Lease Fund focussing on long indexed income across all sectors.
