Serena Mitchell is a Partner in our Development Land Valuation team. Her area of focus is development schemes in prime central London, Greater London and the Southeast.
She has experience of undertaking valuations and providing development advisory for a wide range of residential lead projects ranging from small central London developments to large‐scale regeneration sites. She has experience in the valuation of large, residential led strategic land sites and works with a wide range of clients in this area including large investors, land promoters and local landowners.
Serena joined the Knight Frank Residential Development team in September 2014 and qualified in 2017.
