David joined KFIM in 2017 and has over 19 years of commercial property investment experience across all sectors, most recently with a focus on the central London office market. The early part of his career was spent operating in national investment markets with a focus on the big six regional centres acting as advisor for both domestic and international capital. David has extensive experience transacting and identifying value drivers in commercial property assets with extensive experience in the City of London. David is directly involved with ongoing development of the firms international client base ensuring suitable stock is sourced across Europe, the transaction process managed and the business plan executed.
