Allyson has over 15 years property and asset management experience. She has experience of managing nationwide property portfolios, Central London Estates and large multi-let buildings. Her role includes the delivery of all aspects of asset and property management from client and tenant liaison; service charge management; supervision of property accounting; asset management; day to day property management and professional work. In addition, Allyson undertakes corporate occupier work including cost saving initiatives and service charge audits and is responsible for the Deloitte LLP property portfolio. Allyson has also worked extensively on property consultancy projects for HSBC and Network Rail.
