  • Snow Hill Wharf, Shadwell Street, Birmingham: Instructed to dispose of the site on an unconditional basis. Concluded a sale with St Joseph Homes and planning achieved for a residential development consisting of 404 apartments. 
  • Holloway Head, Birmingham: Provided development consultancy and marketed the property with the benefit of planning for 487 apartments adjacent to The Mailbox. In 2018 the property was sold unconditionally. 
  • Assay Lofts, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham: Marketed the prime development site of 32 apartments overlooking St Pauls Square. The opportunity attracted numerous interested parties and was sold to Elevate Property Group.
