Daventry: Sold to Spitfire Homes in Dec 2021 on behalf of private clients; a disposal of a 125 acres of residential development land with the benefit of planning for 1100 houses
Advertised in parcels for flexibility but sold as a whole.

Chipping Norton: A sale of 10.75 acre residential development site for a scheme of up to 100 private dwellings Sold to Bloor Homes in September 2018, for private individuals and Gallagher Estates Ltd

Shipston on Stour: Sold to Crest Nicholson on behalf of Private Individuals in 2018. Disposal of a 6.55 acre residential development site for a scheme of up to 70 private dwellings

Houghton Regis: A sale of 1850 units in 8 parcels at Houghton Regis to National House Builders, including Taylor Wimpey, Linden, Bellway, Countryside, Abbey & Storey Homes

Ettington: In a rural village location, a site with potential for 5-6 dwellings sold to Beau Homes on a Subject to Planning basis.

Oxhill: A site previously used as a horse paddock sold with the benefit of Outline Planning permission for four dwellings to Piper Homes.

Kingham: Once judged by Country Life’s panel as “England’s Favourite Village”, sold to Piper Homes with the benefit of planning for 16 units. Eight were built and sold to an Affordable Housing provider, four were sold on the Open Market, three were transferred back to the vendor, who also chose to retain the best plot for a self-build project. A complicated but highly rewarding transaction.
