Dulwich Village is a highly sought-after residential area in Southeast London, known for its beautiful green spaces, historic architecture, and strong sense of community. Managed by The Dulwich Estate, which oversees the heritage and development of the surrounding area, it makes a great place to raise a family and create your ‘forever’ home. One of the main attractions of the area is Dulwich Park, consisting of 72 acres of conservation and wildlife areas with a boating lake, duck pond, tennis courts, and café. Dulwich Village is also famous for its art gallery, The Dulwich Picture Gallery, the world’s first purpose-built art gallery, dating back to 1811.

The traditional village atmosphere stems from its small boutique shops, leafy streets, and charming white picket fences. There are cafés, delis, organic food shops, and a wide range of well-stocked independent stores. The Crown & Greyhound pub and hotel has provided travellers with accommodation and acted as the social hub for the Village since 1911. Dulwich is well connected to the rest of London with various train stations nearby, and several bus routes, making it easy for commuters to reach the West End, City and Canary Wharf. The area benefits from several Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ state schools including Dulwich Village Infants, Dulwich Hamlet Juniors, and The Charter School North Dulwich, as well as many world-renowned independent schools including Alleyns, JAGS, Dulwich Prep, and Dulwich College.
