1. Getting to know you
We start by understanding your specific needs through an in-depth consultation. This helps us create a customised moving plan and set out a timeline that works for you. We’ll identify any unique requirements and begin coordinating the necessary services in advance.
2. Preparing to move
We help you declutter, assess the value of artwork and furniture for potential sale, and arrange charity collections for items you no longer need. We only work with trusted removal firms to ensure you get the best team for your move.
3. Under offer
Once agreements are in place, we will assist with confirming quotes and setting out a detailed timetable for all relevant contractors and logistics.
4. During the move
On the moving day, we will make sure you, your family and your pets are all prepared. At this point, we will confirm that all utilities have been notified and that all admin associated with the move has been finalised. We can be onsite to project manage if requested.
5. Settling in
Once you’re in your new home, our teams can offer a white glove service to help you fully unpack — making sure your new place feels like home. We can also advise on any future renovation, interior design or improvement plans you may have.

Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and television can only be transferred once the property is officially exchanged. We’ll help coordinate this timing so your services are up and running as soon as possible.

Factors such as the size of your property, the need for packing and unpacking services, international moves, storage and cleaning all contribute to the final price.
