We have just used Knight Frank’s Mayfair office to sell a residential building in Saint James. George Simpson led the sales process and was highly professional throughout. This was a complicated transaction involving three duplex apartments combined with a corporate element. George worked hard in communicating difficult concepts between buyer, seller and the legal teams and certainly helped facilitate the transaction. The overall process was led by Simon Burgoyne, who had been involved with the project for over a number of years, and his depth of knowledge certainly helped the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Knight Frank, particularly if you end up with the dream team of Simon and George working on a transaction.

My landlord asked Knight Frank Mayfair's office to manage her property. Rosie has been super professional and efficient in helping us sort out all the documents and arranging all the work needed before checking in. We have just purchased a flat where George Simpson was the selling agent. George was incredibly professional, helpful and really nice to deal with but most importantly kept me regularly updated throughout the transaction and went above and beyond to solve any hurdle that arose. He had great contacts that we used on the surveying and legal front, who were willing and able to work at his pace and to his deadlines, whilst still providing clear and helpful advice. In short the transaction would not have happened in the timescale it did without George’s constant perseverance. I would definitely instruct him when I come to sell.

We have used Knight Frank to find my next flat - I was in a very busy area and it really did not suit the purpose that I needed it too. Hindsight is sometimes 20/20. Our letting agent, Rosie Waters has been completely helpful with adapting my Mum and I throughout this process. The Mayfair sales team were very impressive when I recently contacted them regarding some queries associated with the property purchasing process, times frames and associated costs. Friendly, knowledgable and very giving of their time it would be harder to find a more helpful estate agency. I would highly recommended them.
