We have just used Knight Frank’s Mayfair office to sell a residential building in Saint James. George Simpson led the sales process and was highly professional throughout. This was a complicated transaction involving three duplex apartments combined with a corporate element. George worked hard in communicating difficult concepts between buyer, seller and the legal teams and certainly helped facilitate the transaction. The overall process was led by Simon Burgoyne, who had been involved with the project for over a number of years, and his depth of knowledge certainly helped the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Knight Frank, particularly if you end up with the dream team of Simon and George working on a transaction.

George was incredibly professional, helpful and really nice to deal with but most importantly kept me regularly updated throughout the transaction and went above and beyond to solve any hurdle that arose.
