I found the service from Knight Frank Bath to be excellent. They produced 1st class marketing collateral across multiple media formats. Sam Daniels is a very impressive individual. He is professional & always on hand to support (even when on holiday). He demonstrated in depth property knowledge across Bath, and gives buyers & sellers a lot of confidence…….in summary I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Sam again ! He even helped me find a removals company who were also excellent - Lloyd Whites - best in Bath !!

I can't recommend Sam enough. He sold our home three times whilst only being on the market for a week each time. The two previous times it fell through for honest reasons, and he was quick to find us a new buyer and give sound advice on who to go with. He was very clear and consistent with communication, we always knew where we stood. He was even happy to give us advice on a few different properties we were considering to purchase. Sam was able to achieve a full return on our property during tough selling conditions. Sam Daniels and his team are absolutely the best. I've moved house a number of times over the years, and I only wish I'd discovered Sam earlier.
