Knight Frank’s Student Property team is celebrating another period of robust performance as one of the UK’s leading purpose-built student accommodation real estate advisors.

Across a range of acquisitions, disposals and advisory mandates the team advised on over £600 million worth of transactions in 2025, trading over 5,300 beds nationwide with deal sizes ranging from £5 million to £71 million.
Standout deals include the disposal of The Stores, Glasgow, on behalf of Dandara, a scheme totalling 492 beds worth £71 million, as well as the acquisition of The Place, a 409-bed scheme in Nottingham, for £42.5 million on behalf of LGIM.
