Knight Frank facilitates deal to unlock 237 New Homes at Streatham Vale
The Residential Development London Land team of global property consultancy Knight Frank announces the acquisition of the former Homebase site at 100 Woodgate Drive in Streatham Vale, to deliver of 237 much-needed new homes in the London Borough of Lambeth. The firm advised Barratt London on the successful acquisition.

Barratt London has completed contracts with Hadley Property Group and Clarion Housing Association for the prominent south London site, which benefits from an extant planning permission to bring forward a high-quality, sustainable residential scheme with 35% affordable housing.
The development will also include significant community infrastructure, including an NHS GP surgery and a new cycle hub, and is located adjacent to Streatham Common station, offering rapid 20-minute connections to Zone 1.
As part of the transaction, Clarion has also entered into an agreement with Barratt London for the delivery of 81 affordable homes, comprising 52 for social rent and 29 for shared ownership.
