Knight Frank and Savills instructed on sales at The Broadley, Marylebone
Leading property consultancies Knight Frank and Savills have been jointly instructed on the sales of The Broadley, a landmark residential development in Marylebone, bringing 215 new homes to one of London's most coveted addresses.
24 July 2025
The development represents a significant collaboration between Mount Anvil and Westminster City Council as part of the borough's ambitious 20-year regeneration masterplan with completion on this phase expected in 2030.
The Broadley's comprehensive amenities package includes a private residents' clubhouse, 24-hour concierge service, gym powered by Peloton, dedicated Peloton suite, residents' lounge, private terrace, and private screening room. Residents will benefit from landscape gardens designed in partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, creating a tranquil sanctuary in the heart of the city.
Emma Fletcher-Brewer, Partner at Knight Frank’s London New Homes said; "Marylebone continues to be one of the capital's most popular locations – both from domestic buyers and internationally. As The Broadley marks the beginning of Westminster's 20-year regeneration masterplan, the scheme represents both immediate opportunity and long-term value potential in one of London's most prestigious postcodes.”
Nina Coulter, executive director and head of London residential development sales at Savills, says: “We are proud to be appointed as joint selling agents for what will become an integral part of Marylebone’s regeneration. The Broadley is a landmark scheme and its comprehensive amenity offering alone will generate high levels of interest among interested buyers.”
Jon Hall, Group Sales Director at Mount Anvil, said: “Highly-anticipated, The Broadley has been carefully considered to blend classic London character and modern style, in one of London’s best-loved neighbourhoods, and its launch marks a significant milestone for both the existing Church Street community as well as future residents. We’re already off to a strong start with a successful launch, highlighting that the right kinds of homes, in the right location and with the right amenities, are bucking the trend and hitting the mark with buyers.”
Setareh Neshati, Director of Regeneration and Development, Westminster City Council: “Working in partnership with Mount Anvil to bring forward The Broadley is the first exciting step in the transformation of Church Street, with the new homes, alongside wider community benefits and open space it brings, integral to ensuring the long-term and sustainable future of this diverse and historic area of the capital.”
