Will joined as an Associate at Knight Frank in 2018 and has over 15 years' valuation experience and over 20 years' of property expertise.
Will has worked on REITs and fund valuations on a nationwide basis, but with a bias towards Central London, for numerous institutional clients and property companies.
Most recently, Will has predominantly specialised in valuation advice concentrating on Central London assets, including regular Fund valuations on a monthly, quarterly and annual frequency for numerous key clients; Bank loan security valuations; Accounts valuations; Capital Gains Tax valuations; and company portfolio reviews. Will's instructions encompass a wide range of properties for a multitude of companies, from banks and property companies to occupiers and private individuals.
