Will joined Knight Frank in October 2021 and has over 7 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously worked in Cushman and Wakefield’s Valuation Advisory team. At Knight Frank Will is responsible for the coordination of the abrdn Property Income Trust (API), Barclays Bank UK Retirement Fund, L&G Leisure Fund and Aviva Lime Long Income Fund as well as valuing assets for other mandates. Will values assets across all core and some alternative property sectors but has developed a specialist knowledge of the Retail Warehousing and Leisure sectors.
