With more than two decades at the firm, holding varied roles from London agent to property asset management, and leading the firm’s consultancy service offering, Tim brings a deep understanding of investor, landlord, lender, and occupier needs. Over his career, he has played a key role in strengthening Knight Frank’s commercial offering, expanding its UK footprint, and integrating new talent and expertise into the business.
Passionate about client engagement, placemaking, ESG, and the role of technology in real estate, Tim has been a driving force behind innovation at Knight Frank. As the Commercial Board Representative on the firm’s Technology Investment Board, he has ensured technology investment enhances client experience and business efficiency.
