Tim is Head of Commercial Consultancy at Knight Frank, overseeing teams including Property Asset Management, Valuation & Advisory, Energy & Natural Resources, Business Rates, FM, Restructuring and Recovery, Planning and Project & Building Consultancy.
Tim has been responsible for establishing Property and Asset Management offices in Aberdeen, Birmingham, and Manchester enabling the firm to now offer a seamless national service. In June 2016 Tim was responsible for the purchase of the Asset & Property Management team from Deloitte Real Estate, bringing 50 additional high quality people into the Knight Frank business and clients including Imperial College, LDDC, The Mercer Co and The Pollen Estate. A month later three key people joined from Capital Properties in Manchester adding customer engagement, enlivenment and design for management skills into the PAM team.
Based on Tim’s background of Property Management and prior to that Agency, Tim spends much of his time working with some of the Property Management Teams’ most significant clients including Kennedy Wilson, Eskmuir Properties, Union Investments, Mapletree Investments, Mayfair Capital, Delancey and Knight Frank Investment Management.
He is passionate about Customer Engagement, Customer Experience, place-making and new technologies and was responsible for initially partnering with Equiem, an established customer engagement platform in Sydney, Australia, in London on the key Knight Frank managed assets.
