The overwhelming majority of Tim’s experience has been gained advising occupiers on the realization of their corporate real estate objectives. As such a significant focus is on setting the right strategy and then working with the wider project team, including lawyers, to execute the necessary transactions.
Tim is currently involved in a variety of office acquisition instructions across Central London for clients across a range of sectors.
