Thomas is a member of the Retail team within the Valuation & Advisory department. He has experience valuing a wide range of property assets including industrial, offices, shopping centres, retail and retail warehousing. Thomas’ primary focus is on multi-tenanted assets including shopping centres across the UK. He has particular responsibility for client administration on behalf of Aberdeen PAIF and ReAssure Superfund, which are both valued on a monthly basis. In addition, he has been involved in the preparation of loan security valuations for different types of lenders operating in the UK.
