Simon qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2003 and joined Knight Frank in 2017. He has worked for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Local Authorities to landed estates and investment funds. His work includes undertaking due diligence and development monitoring, acquisition/building surveys, acting as project surveyor for fit out and refurbishment projects.
