Russ rejoined Knight Frank in 2011 as a roving Facilities Manager responsible for a number of mixed use sites within Yorkshire and the North West. Predominantly in the commercial sector Russ focuses on multi occupied office accommodation and has extensive knowledge of all hard and soft services including overseeing the compliance and statutory requirements for each site as well as being actively involved in a number of complicated utility and soft services recharge schedules.
In addition Russ has also been involved in some of our more significant Industrial and Retail instructions having to take into consideration responsibilities such as Transport/Drainage infrastructure upgrades as well as environmental and conservation issues arising from those developments
Russell works together with support from the firm's specialist departments to provide a strong focus on occupier relationship
