Ros joined the firm in 2006 with the focus and main responsibility for streamlining working processes using more efficient and cost effective methods. Introducing and implementing a new product known as iXchange, enabling automation of valuation analysis reports, she assists with the generation of these reports using Argus Val Cap. She provides the Commercial Valuations Department with her technical skills, undertaking analysis work for various client funds. Ros is also part of a team assisting with the administration and analysis process for the M&G valuations. Her other responsibilities include various other analysis projects, including running a database of properties valued on a regular basis, which assists with forecasting.
