Roland Brass is a Partner in the new planning team at Knight Frank. He specialises in land promotion and residential-led developments, providing strategic planning advice to housebuilders, other developers and private individuals. Projects range from urban or infill sites to village or urban extensions to garden towns & villages, and he has particular experience working in the Green Belt. Main client activities relate to site searches, planning appraisals, due diligence, risk assessment, planning strategies, representations to Local Plans, site monitoring, EIPs and appeals plus planning applications including outline, reserved matters and S73s submissions. Projects aim to maximise development potential whilst bringing forward deliverable schemes. He has 15 years’ experience and has led a myriad complex development projects on behalf of the public and private sector across London, the South East and overseas.
