Ray Palmer-Smith has worked in the property industry for over 20 years including on several world renowned developments.
Working at Director level in estate agency for more than a decade Ray then worked in-house with a number of developers, most notably as Sales and Creative Director of Manhattan Loft Corporation in London where he was integral in the design and sale of many high profile residential, retail and commercial developments and two of the company’s hotels as well as with developer Almacantar on Centre Point and The Bryanston.
Ray has been Head of Knight Frank New Homes in Ireland for 3 years now and has successfully launched and managed over 1000 residential transactions in the last 30 months over almost 30 projects.
With experience across a variety of markets, Ray is an expert in residential development design, marketing and sales with particular focus of optimising design to maximise value and saleability and coordinating large scale housing development sales and marketing strategy and execution.
Ray’s international experience has allowed a further expansion of the Irish residential investment markets in Asia Pacific and MENA. Working with Knight Frank’s Global project marketing teams, this sector is continuing to grow.
