Paul Hanly is a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland with over 16 years’ professional experience.
Paul has acted on many complex assignments and completed many significant lettings and sales throughout his career. Paul has worked primarily in office disposals and advises many leading developers, institutions and occupiers including, ACCLM/Rabobank, IPUT, Irish Life, Davy, Linders, Kennedy Wilson and Green REIT.
On the corporate side Paul has also acted on behalf of Vodafone, BDO, Anglo Irish Bank, AIB, Corporate Finance Ireland Ltd., Irish Life Investment Managers, Tullow Oil, Eversheds, Lloyds, O’Donnell Sweeney and Beauchamps Solicitors.
