Oliver has over 9 years’ experience in UK real estate including 3 years with Cushman & Wakefield, prior to joining KFIM in 2015. Oliver has been involved in the identification and execution of new acquisitions for the Local Pensions Partnership Real Estate Fund mandate across all sectors. Oliver has a focus on complex and active asset management within the portfolio, including tenant management, refurbishments, leasing and development funding agreements. Oliver is a professional Member of the RICS, and holds a degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading. In his spare time, Oliver enjoys participating in a wide range of sports and travel.
