Nick is a Partner within Knight Frank’s Planning Team, and has advised on a wide range of planning and development instructions on behalf of a variety of private and public sector clients. His primary focus is retail/ leisure/ commercial mixed use development and investment across the UK. However, in response to the evolving client requirements, he is increasingly advising on residential as part of a mixed use town centre regeneration.
Nick’s work involves: strategic development advice; co-ordination of major planning applications; advising on retail and leisure led development strategies and business parks; formulation of policy advice; overseeing portfolio reviews and due diligence; asset management reviews and defensive planning advice; progressing mixed use development schemes and providing expert witness advice.
Nick sits on the Revo Planning Workshop Group and the BPF Planning Committee.
