Moyed joined Knight Frank as a Facilities Manager for NCR and two Elizabeth Plaza buildings in 2003 and moved to 123 Epping Rd, North Ryde building in 2011.
Moyed’s role includes the delivery of Facilities Management services in Commercial and Retail properties for Charter Hall, Becton Institutional Investors and Ascendas. This includes ensuring compliance, achieving KPIs set by the clients, promoting a sustainable approach and client liasion.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Moyed gained valuable experience in the building industry working as a Building Services Engineer and Project Manager subsequent to completing his engineering degree.
Moyed has a wonderful attitude and work ethic and has built strong, respected relationships with property owners, tenants and contractors alike and has achieved broad experience in facilities management.
