Monika Sułdecka-Karaś

Monika has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. She joined Knight Frank in December 1999 and heads the Kraków branch, directly overseeing commercial agency activities in Kraków, Wrocław and Katowice. Monika is responsible for the process of operational cooperation with developers, investment funds and tenants within the scope of lease agreement negotiations and renegotiations. She graduated from the University of Economics in Kraków, with a specialization in Real Estate and Investment. She is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RISC) and a licensed real estate broker (license no. 3935).
