Matthew has over 7 years’ experience in UK and European real estate. This included 3 years at a major international property services company before joining KFIM in 2016. He has experience in valuation, investment and now focuses on the asset management of a diverse portfolio of assets primarily in the UK. Matthew has experience working with overseas investors, undertaking the asset management of over £1bn of property for Korean clients, as well as the asset management and subsequent disposal of £500m portfolio of UK property for a major European asset manager. Matthew is a professional member of the RICS (MRICS).
