Mark Clark

Mark is a Commercial Property Manager within the Knight Frank Asset Management Services Department. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Mark specialised in the management of landmark Premium and A grade CBD office towers including QV.1, The Forrest Centre and Central Park. Mark was also a former Associate Director with CB Richard Ellis, Perth. Mark is a highly motivated and driven individual who's key function is the day to day management of the Garden Office Park complex. Mark has sound relationship building and communication skills which coupled with a strong focus on both maximisation of rental returns, and cost-effective maintenance and capital works programs having delivered some outstanding results for the building he manages. Mark strives for the continued growth in value and professional management of his client's assets.
