Lloyd is a Partner in the Residential Investments team specialising in operational Build-to-Rent (BTR) transactions. Since joining Knight Frank in 2019, Lloyd has gained significant experience in BtR advising institutional investors and private equity groups on landmark transactions.
His expertise extends beyond deal structuring and negotiation to encompass comprehensive market analysis, asset pricing, asset management strategies and regulatory compliance.
Lloyd graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first class honours degree and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
