Laura joined Knight Frank in August 2022 and currently manages and co-ordinates a number of regular portfolio valuations including AEW and Patrizia. She carries out regular portfolio valuations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis within the office, industrial, and retail warehouse markets.
Prior to joining Knight Frank Laura has worked at Cushman & Wakfield, Strutt & Parker, and Stiles Harold Williams with a broad range of experience in valuing both commercial and residential properties. For the last 5 years Laura has specialised in valuations of industrial property, predominantly for secured lending purposes on behalf of clients including Wells Fargo, BNP Paribas, and HSBC. She also had responsibility for co-ordinating and managing a number of regular portfolio valuations for clients including Palace Capital and IPIF.
