Kitty joined Knight Frank in 2014, working in the Lettings division for two years before moving into Head Office to join the Residential Capital Markets team, valuing prime residential investments across central London and Build to Rent (BTR) nationally.
Kitty is an Associate within the Residential Investment Valuation department which provides market leading valuation services to a broad range of clients, from major UK and international institutions, major banking clients and private investors. With a focus on BTR, Kitty has extensive experience in valuing multifamily and single family housing, alongside co-living and tenanted residential blocks.
The wider Residential Investment team operates throughout the UK and offers expertise in every aspect of residential property investment, with a specific focus on Institutional BTR investments, Co-living, Single Family Housing Investments, Individual tenanted blocks, Residential portfolios, Mixed Use investments, Regulated and Assured tenancies, HMO’s, Hostels, Ground Rents and Serviced Apartments.
