Kelly heads up Knight Frank’s Tenancy Progression Department, responsible for lettings transactions in London and the Home Counties. Kelly was invited to join the department as Senior Tenancy Progressor when it was established in 2016 and has played a crucial role in establishing efficient processes and high standards of service while also expanding the team. After 7 years of experience in customer service and team management in the hospitality industry, Kelly joined Knight Frank as a Lettings and Marketing Coordinator for the Notting Hill Lettings office in 2015.
