Julia joined the Knight Frank Graduate Scheme in 2013 and qualified as a registered valuer in 2015. Julia originally joined the Real Estate Finance team within the Valuation & Advisory department and specialised in London and the South East, working across all core sectors including Offices, High Street Retail, Retail Warehousing and Industrial Distribution.
In 2018, Julia subsequently transferred to the Central London Valuation & Advisory team and is responsible for undertaking loan security valuations for banks.
She also provides transactional support to clients acquiring assets, recently undertaking the valuation of an office redevelopment for acquisition purposes on behalf of a property investment company.
