John Styles

John is responsible for KFIM’s separate account mandates with private and public sector institutional investors. Under his direction these clients have invested over £350m in the past 3 years and John has assisted his public sector clients in creating the £1bn Local Pensions Partnership Real Estate Fund which is the UK’s first pooling vehicle for Local Government Pension Schemes. John has over 25 years’ experience advising on investment strategy, acquiring, developing and actively managing commercial property assets across the UK sectors and regions; the portfolios he has assembled and managed have delivered returns significantly ahead of targets and market indices. John is a Member of the RICS, an FCA Authorised person and an active member of the Investment Property Forum. He divides his spare time between family, coaching junior rugby and cycling.
