Jason was elected as a member of the RICS in 2004 prior to training as a commercial and residential valuer at Savills in Hong Kong and assistant surveyor within the Rating and District Valuers office at the Valuation Office Agency. Since qualification he joined CBRE where he combined both roles of providing valuation advice for secured lending and was also fund valuer/ co-signatory to a number of Prop Cos. Major Clients included RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Capital and Santander, Rugby Estates, Revcap LLP, Brookshire Capital.
He joined Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory Department in 2014 and has wide ranging experience in the valuation of all commercial property sectors throughout the UK with specialisation in the Industrial sectors. He is the fund co-ordinator and administrator for the M&G Property Portfolio client account, an institutional fund totalling circa £3.3 billion.
Jason also provides regular valuations to our other significant monthly valuation mandates such as CBREGI PAIF, Scottish Widows and UBS Triton.
