Jarka joined Knight Frank in 2010 as a Facilities Manager responsible for a large portfolio of central London properties. Her duties included the management of building staff, health & safety, service charge budget preparation, presentation and reconciliation, procurement, mobilisation and management of all hard & soft services.

In 2015 Jarka was promoted to the role of Associate Director and, working with the Regional Director, given the responsibility to mobilise the biggest single management instruction offering over 9 million square feet of warehousing and distribution space suited alongside the largest existing port in the UK. She has been instrumental in leading the FM team assigned to the project in both the usual mobilisation but more so with regards to environmental management as the project has a high ecological amenity value, strongly connected and working with the local community and external enforcement agencies, wildlife centres and nature reserves. An innovative approach was required while mobilising an instruction that has cutting edge environmental and sustainable technologies, such as energy efficient lighting and bespoke effluent treatment plant discharging into the Thames Estuary.

She regularly reports at client level on all matters including health and safety, supplier performance, insurance matters, cyclical and life cycle maintenance and capital projects and brings a wealth of experience in mobilising and managing new instructions, teams and contracts.
