James joined Knight Frank in 2019 and is a member of the Central London Valuation & Advisory team. James focuses on undertaking valuations within the City and West End markets for regular and one-off secured lending valuations. He is the lead co-ordinator on a London focused REIT valued at c. £5bn.
He is a member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer and undertakes valuations for a wide range of clients.
In addition, he has experience undertaking development appraisals and serviced office valuations.
