James Marks has over 13 years’ experience in property valuations and consultancy with specific expertise in the valuation of major Sydney CBD office investments.
James has expertise and experience within all regions within the Sydney CBD, fringe and suburban commercial markets as well as having had experience within the Canberra commercial market and also the industrial and residential development markets in western Sydney. He has also been involved in numerous major City and western Sydney redevelopment valuations.
In addition to property valuations, James has experience in consultancy advice and investment acquisition, specialising in major investments and discounted cash flow analysis. James also has extensive experience co-ordinating the valuations of large portfolios across Australia.
James joined Knight Frank in June 2019 as a Director within Valuations and Advisory NSW after spending the previous 13 years at JLL.
