James joined Knight Frank in December 2014 as a graduate, and in July 2017 passed his APC to become a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with the RICS. Now a senior project manager, James takes a lead role in a wide range of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects utilising various procurement routes, from small fast track Design & Build Cat B fit outs, to larger scale Traditional building refurbishment and Cat A projects.
