Hope joined Knight Frank on the graduate scheme in 2019, carrying out rotations across the commercial side of the business before qualifying into the Residential Investment Valuation team in 2021. The team provides valuation advice for loan security, financial reporting and acquisitions across the BTR & PRS sectors nationally.
Hope advises on a number of BTR assets and portfolios across London, as well as regional assets in Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Belfast and Cardiff. Her clients include institutional investors, multi-national banks and property companies.
