Holly is an Associate and leads the Neighbourly Matters team within Commercial at Knight Frank. With over 13 years’ experience, Holly has extensive knowledge on all party wall matters and has worked on thousands of projects for both building owners, adjoining owners and acted as the agreed surveyor. Holly’s experience is across Commercial and High-End Residential but has also worked on many small scale projects.
Holly is also able to provide concise and professional advice in other areas of neighbourly matters including crane and scaffold oversail licenses, access notices, boundary ownership and is alert to Rights of Light issues and where they may be applicable.
