Hannah Williams joined Knight Frank in 2022 as an Associate in the Residential Investment Valuation team. Hannah provides Red Book compliant valuations in respect of a wide range of assets for secured lending, financial reporting, accounting and acquisition purposes.
Hannah is experienced in advising on residential investment and build to rent assets across London and the UK, acting on behalf of large institutional investors, multi-national debt lenders, private investors and property companies.
Hannah currently advises on large and growing build to rent and prime central London portfolio fund valuation mandates with clients including LGIM, Abrdn, The Quarters by Bravo and Heitman.
