Gemma Hutton

Gemma joined Knight Frank straight from university and began her career in the Riverside lettings team, where she spent 12 years building a strong reputation for delivering a personal and professional service. Her dedication and client-focused approach led to her promotion to Partner during her time in the team.

Following this, Gemma spent a year in the St John’s Wood lettings office before relocating to Cheltenham. She worked in the sales progression team for three years, gaining valuable experience in managing transactions through to completion. For the past two years, Gemma has been a key member of the Cheltenham office as a Sales Negotiator, continuing to bring her in-depth knowledge and client-first approach to every transaction.
