Gavin Spreyer

Gavin joined Knight Frank in 2016 as a Partner within the commercial valuation team. He currently specialises in the retail sector where he has been specifically involved with the valuation of shopping centres. Key clients include Intu, Capital & Regional and NewRiver Retail. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Gavin worked as a Fund Manager at Liverpool Victoria for 13 years and and subsequently as a Senior Director with the valuation department at Cushman & Wakefield for 19 years.
